If the client can successfully log in but can't view the dashboard or any navigation menus, ask them to clear their browser cache as a first step. Instructions for clearing the cache by browser:
If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, check their user account.
- Verify that the client is set up correctly.
- Navigate to "People" in the admin menu.
- Search for the user by name, email address, or client name.
- Verify that the account has the following:
- Status is Active
- Client is populated with the correct client account
- Roles only contains Client
- If any of these things are not true, click Edit for the user and update the user accordingly.
